ZENPLIFICATION:
Can you describe your idea of peace of mind?
RHODA:
Peace of mind for me is when everything I’m suppose to do for the day is done. Being productive at work.
ZENPLIFICATION:
Can you please describe a moment of metamorphosis for you?
RHODA:
PMy friend Marcia ran marathons and I thought it would be nice to do it as a challenge. The first run I did was the Nike Women’s Half Marathon. It started at Union Square and ended at Ocean Beach. (2005) After that year, I’ve decided to go through a formal training. I felt a sense of achievement. Not a lot of people have the discipline and self-control to do the training regularly.
ZENPLIFICATION:
How do you think running a marathon can make this world a place a better place for women and girls?
RHODA:
I think sports in general help women gain focus and confidence in themselves , their abilities, their strength and their power.
